Register for SRM ICME 2027
Three steps: pay the fee to the college by net banking, then fill in the registration form with your payment reference. We confirm your seat by email once the payment is verified.

Online registration has closed. You can still register on the spot at the venue.
STEP 1 Check your fee
One fee covers four workshops (one per session) on 18–19 February and the conference on 20 February.
STEP 2 Pay by net banking
Transfer the exact amount by NEFT, IMPS or RTGS from your bank’s app or website.
- Write your full name in the remarks or purpose field.
- Note the UTR / transaction reference number your bank shows after the transfer, and take a screenshot.
- Paying for several delegates in one transfer? Each delegate still fills in the form, using the same reference number.
- Card and UPI payments are not accepted.
STEP 3 Fill in the registration form
Keep these ready. The form asks you to sign in with a Google account so you can upload files.
- Your college, university, department and designation
- Your degree (e.g. MBBS, MD, MSc Nursing) and level: UG, PG or PhD
- Your UTR / reference number, transfer date and amount
- A screenshot of the payment
- Students: a photo or PDF of your student ID or bonafide letter
- Your four workshop choices (below)
Workshops fill on a first come, first served basis. A workshop that is full no longer appears in the form.
What happens next
- Straight away: an email confirming we received your form.
- Within 2 working days: the Registration Committee matches your payment with the college bank statement.
- Then: your confirmation email with your registration ID and a QR code to show at the desk.
